Codes of Conduct

At Limitless Sports Inc., our Codes of Conduct serve as the foundation for creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, families, and volunteers. They outline the expectations for behavior that align with our mission of promoting community, inclusion, and the joy of sports for individuals of all abilities.

These guidelines help ensure:

  • Physical and emotional safety

  • Positive and respectful interactions

  • Consistent and fair expectations

  • Clear boundaries and responsibilities

By clearly communicating what is expected of athletes, parents, and volunteers, our Codes of Conduct not only prevent misunderstandings or misconduct, but also foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability. Upholding these standards allows us to focus on what matters most: providing meaningful, fun, and inclusive sports experiences for every participant.

Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

As a parent/guardian of a Limitless Sports athlete, I agree to:

  • Promote Positivity ​

  • Respect the Volunteers and Staff 

  • Honor the Mission 

  • Communicate Kindly

  • Stay Involved 

  • Celebrate Inclusion 

  • Model Good Behavior 

  • Follow Safety Rules

Limitless Sports reserves the right to address behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the values of the program. This may include verbal reminders, meetings with families, or removal from activities if necessary to protect the experience for all participants.

As a volunteer with Limitless Sports Inc. I agree to uphold the following expectations:

  • Be Respectful and Inclusive

  • Promote Safety

  • Support the Mission

  • Use Positive Language and Behavior

  • Never Be Alone with an Athlete

  • Arrive on Time and Prepared

  • Stay Within My Role

  • Respect Confidentiality

  •  Report Concerns Promptly
